At Stance Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
